Delivery Information

(1) Standard parcel delivery

Small items can be sent by recorded 48hr delivery service. No specific time slot can be given and parcels must be signed for. If a parcel cannot be delivered then a card will be left explaining that it has been returned to the depot. Please follow the directions on the card to arrange for another delivery or to collect in person. Feel free to contact us if you have any problems.

(2) Standard courier service

We aim to deliver all furniture using our own van and installation team. If your location is outside of our normal delivery area then we use a number of independent couriers who cover most of England, Wales and Scotland.

Heavy or bulky items may require some assistance to unload the van and carry to your property. Generally the courier will be happy to assist getting the item into your room of choice unless it proves a risk to his health or your property. Delivery will only be to a ground floor room unless agreed in advance. All deliveries are at the couriers discretion.

Deliveries are usually possible between 7am and 10pm depending on the couriers schedule. When arranging your delivery we will check your availability and try to find a mutually convenient time for both you and the courier. As a courier will be travelling around the country with various deliveries on board it can sometimes be difficult to give a precise time slot. Normally a morning, afternoon or evening time slot is given though this may change due to road conditions or other problems affecting the schedule.

We offer free delivery on singular items on orders over £250.00. On multiple/bulk orders we typically charge between £50-£120 per delivery depending on the size and quantity of items and destination. Please contact us for a delivery quotation.

(3) Premium delivery & installation service

This delivery & installation service covers a range of circumstances where extra time or assistance is required. We can quote for the following:

  • 2 or more delivery people (for heavy or bulky items)

  • Installation/assembly of items

  • Unwrapping and removal of packaging

  • Delivery to above ground floor levels

  • Difficult access deliveries

  • Removal of unwanted furniture

(4) International Shipping

We can send items via sea freight or air Worldwide. Please contact us for further details.

Packaging

All items are thoroughly wrapped in a combination of corrugated cardboard, bubble-wrap and shrink-wrap to ensure a safe delivery. In the unlikely event that an item is damaged in transit please contact us immediately. We will ask you to take a photo to send to us so we can assess the problem
